Charities - Governance and Best Management Practices

This standard is for charitable organizations, to provide them with tools to develop and maintain best management practices and good governance. It sets out requirements for governance and best management practices, improves current practices, ensures greater transparency regarding public donations and guarantees a certain degree of protection to donors and the public. This voluntary standard is an initiative of the École des sciences de la gestion at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
